Compassion Secondary School was envisioned by Rev.Fr. Jose Kaimlett as a product of relieve to the ever disturbing and continuous quest for standard but affordable Education System in Africa, specifically in Tanzania.

The intention behind the foundation of our amiable school followed its growth and remained side by side with its model of management.

The manner to which we dig the better self of our students or rather, the persons of their personality is with a tremendous and surprising sense of self-giving and selflessness. The staff are made to embrace thier work much more than their salary as a reason to the satisfactory offer of both financial and social cooperation.

What could be more about our school if not the tender heartedness of our School Manager Rev.Fr Mathew Manoj, who even in his own personal contribution puts a continuous competition among the teachers and students in performing exellence. It is a sort of collaboration of people who are zealously longing for execelence.

The students are made to develop interest in studies, making it their hobby, placing it at the climax of their scale of preference, together with prayer, hence, becoming more fearfully and wonderfully made in the eyes of the maker.
